Four kinds of capital, advised on their own terms
HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices and listed companies make decisions differently. We work to each one's process, paperwork and pace.
HNWIs
Individuals building a first or second UAE holding: residential portfolios, Golden Visa planning and income units, with one advisor accountable from brief to handover.
- A first or second UAE holding, usually residential, sized to the investor Golden Visa threshold of AED 2 million where residency matters
- One advisor from brief to handover, with a written shortlist and diligence notes
- Remote buying: power of attorney, video inspections and DLD registration handled for you
UHNWIs
Larger, private mandates across asset classes, with off-market searches, co-investment and portfolio reporting in one place.
- Off-market and pre-launch searches across residential, office, retail and industrial
- Co-investment alongside other private investors on larger assets
- Consolidated reporting across every unit and asset you hold in the UAE
Family offices
Multi-asset UAE allocations, succession-aware holding structures, co-investment with other families, and consolidated reporting.
- Multi-asset allocation plans for the UAE, reviewed annually
- Succession-aware structures, prepared with your counsel. The UAE Federal Tax Authority has published Corporate Tax guidance for family foundations
- Joint ventures and development mandates for families that want to build, not just buy

Listed companies and institutions
Board-ready acquisitions, sale-and-leasebacks, industrial facilities and joint ventures, with documentation that stands up to audit.
- Board papers with sourced market evidence, diligence findings and valuation references
- Corporate Tax awareness: companies pay 9% on taxable income above AED 375,000, and foreign companies with UAE property income have a UAE nexus
- Sale-and-leasebacks, industrial facilities, regional headquarters and joint ventures

Investing from India
Many of our clients are Indian residents and NRIs. The routes are well defined, and home-country tax applies.
- Resident individuals can remit up to US$250,000 per financial year under the Reserve Bank of India's Liberalised Remittance Scheme. Families often structure purchases across members or years.
- Indian companies invest overseas under the Foreign Exchange Management (Overseas Investment) Rules, 2022.
- Indian tax residents are taxed in India on foreign rental income and gains. The UAE's 0% applies on the UAE side only.
We coordinate with your chartered accountant and bank; we do not give Indian tax or FEMA advice.
