What we collect
What you type into the enquiry form: your name, organisation, email, phone, country of residence, investor profile, mandate, capital range, timeline and notes. If you message us on WhatsApp or book a call, those services process your data under their own terms.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a briefing and, if you become a client, to meet our know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering obligations.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship system (Zoho). We don't sell personal data or share it for others' marketing.
How long
Enquiries that don't become mandates are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as UAE law requires.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop hearing from us.
